CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The Data Subject grants consent to the Controller for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code as amended, and acknowledges that the consent is valid until its possible withdrawal, for the entire duration of the purpose of processing the data for which the consent was granted. This consent lasts until the dissolution of the Controller (as the operator of this personal data) with liquidation.

CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSED PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Data Subject, as the concerned person, expresses their voluntary and explicit consent to the processing of their personal data, especially to the extent of: first name, last name, phone number, email address, home address, date, and year of birth (hereinafter referred to as "personal data of the subject").osobné údaje subjektu“).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

As the Controller, we process personal data that are necessary for the fulfillment of various tasks and which have a legal basis, i.e., the preparation of contracts, invoices, price offers, complaints, sending goods, possible installation, etc., concluded with natural persons.

Our primary principle is to obtain and retain personal data only to the necessary extent and for the necessary duration.

We disclose your personal data only to the necessary extent and always while maintaining the confidentiality of the data recipient.

In the event that we use subcontractors for the processing of personal data, we verify whether they meet the organizational and technical requirements for ensuring the security of processing your personal data according to GDPR before their authorization. If a public authority requests access to your personal data, we examine the legislative conditions for their disclosure and do not provide your personal data without verifying that the conditions are met.

In case of refusal to provide consent and personal data, we will not be able to provide any services to you based on the European Data Protection Regulation.
